The Dana Reserve Housing Development received a recommendation of approval from the San Luis Obispo County Planning Commission with a 4-1 vote in October 2023.
The Planning Commission recommended several changes to the project, including increasing the number of deed-restricted units in NBDs 10A and 10B and including 100 ADUs.
