I support the Dana Reserve because:

I support more housing capacity.

It pays for supplemental water for Nipomo and lowers my water and sewer bill.

I am excited for the commercial offerings.

It improves circulation for Tefft and Willow.

It includes another large public park for Nipomo.

I support the oak tree mitigation plan, the Dana Ridge Nature Preserve for Nipomo.

I support the land donation for a Cuesta College South County Satellite Campus.

I support the land donation for People's Self Help Housing (104 units).

I support the land donation for a day care center.

I will help by:

Speaking in public comment at hearings.

Attending public hearings to show my support.

Writing letters of support.

Promoting the project on social media.

Hosting a neighborhood meeting to inform my neighbors about the project benefits.
