Electric Residences with Solar

Each residence at Dana Reserve will be electric. No gas hook-ups are planned except in commercial serving parts of the project.​ 

In addition, all homes will have solar panels and space provided and prewired to install battery backup if desired by the homeowner. ​

These project elements will help reduce our carbon footprint and reduce greenhouse gasses.
