Infrastructure
There are many infrastructure requirements necessary to fully and sustainably support this community. This is not a stand alone subdivision or housing tract, but rather a master planned community that is designed to support its residents in many of their needs. This community will offer daily needs shopping (retail and grocer), provide options for eateries and gathering spots, provide a medical location, offer on-site childcare, and construct new trails and parks. These offerings will be available to surrounding residents as well.
In addition to the community infrastructure mentioned above, we will also construct & remedy the 4 primary circulation deficiencies in Nipomo identified by the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments. In addition, Dana Reserve will pay over $85MM in County and NCSD fees to support new infrastructure and community improvements.
There is also a substantial oak tree mitigation plan that includes the donation of 388 acres in Nipomo to the Dana Adobe.
