California Fresh Market Signs on for Location at Dana Reserve

California Fresh Markets are a locally owned grocery retailer that have served the Tri-Counties for over 50 years with stores in Solvang, Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo. We specialize in freshly prepared wholesome foods, along with a complete supermarket selection of conventional, organic, and gourmet vegetables, deli meats and cheeses, as well as wines and adult beverages from near and far.  Every day, we roast our own coffees, prepare all our deli salads, hot to-go items, sushi, and freshly made juices from scratch. It’s a joy to bring so many farm-fresh and local products and produce to our customers.

Dana Reserve in Nipomo is a perfect opportunity for us to meet the needs of our existing customers in a convenient location for our company and the community. This area of the Central Coast is home to a number of working families, who are looking to feed themselves and their families or pets with delicious and high-quality groceries. This location saves time on the road for those customers who would otherwise have to drive from Nipomo or Santa Maria to our closest location in Pismo Beach. California Fresh Markets also accommodate Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) participants. We are proud to offer wholesome, nutritious grocery items to a wide range of community members.

We look forward to the added housing for employees close to our existing and planned locations. We expect the new location to employ at least 120 employees, due to the high value we place on customer service, and the need to make so many of our products fresh every day. Over half of these workers would be full-time, plus management staff such as the Service Deli, Produce, Fresh Service Meats, Grocery and Adult Beverages Department Managers.

We are excited about bringing our special brand of commitment to fresh foods to Dana Reserve and the Nipomo community.
